YouTube Subscribe Link: How to make a YouTube Subscribe Link the EASY way in 2020

YouTube subscribe links are a faster way to grow your YouTube subscribers – because when people click your link they’ll be taken to a screen like this – where they’ll be asked to subscribe to your channel, before they see the actual content you’ve linked. It means people are less likely to get distracted and click away from your channel page without subscribing. As soon as they confirm that they want to subscribe to your channel, they’ll be taken to the content in the first part of the link.

In this video, I'll show you how to make a YouTube subscribe link for your YouTube channel the EASY way!

YouTube Subscribe Link – Video Transcript

YouTube subscribe links are a faster way to grow your YouTube subscribers – because when people click your link they’ll be taken to a screen like this – where they’ll be asked to subscribe to your channel, before they see the actual content you’ve linked. It means people are less likely to get distracted and click away from your channel page without subscribing. As soon as they confirm that they want to subscribe to your channel, they’ll be taken to the content in the first part of the link.

Here’s how to make a YouTube subscribe link for your YouTube channel in 2020

The first thing you’ll need is your Channel link, or channel ID.

To find your channel link, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, go down and click on ‘Your Channel’. Up in your browser, you’ll see a link that looks something like this:

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCv9NBk9aBM4BpTq_yfdX80w?view_as=subscriber

We’re going to highlight the main part of the link, everything before the question mark, and copy it to our clipboard.

Next, go to your favourite link shortener – I’ll be using bitly.com for this tutorial – paste the link you just copied into the box and add ?sub_confirmation=1 directly on to the end of the link. This will turn your link from a regular link into a subscribe link.

When that’s done, click shorten.

Once you’ve got your shortened link, it’s time to use it!

You can:

1. Add a subscribe link to your YouTube channel links
2. Add a subscribe link to your Video descriptions
3. Add a subscribe link to your blog or website
4. Add a subscribe link to your email signature
5. Add a subscribe button to your blog or website
6. Add a subscribe link to your Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest Profile.

Basically, everywhere you have a link to your YouTube channel, replace that link with your new shortened subscribe link.

You can also add the subscribe text extension – the bit from the question mark onwards – to the end of any YouTube video link you share.

If you learnt something from this video, make sure you give it a thumbs up – and once you’ve made your new YouTube subscribe link feel free to post it down in the comments.

Blue skies!
